About Nickolas
Nickolas Ward co-founded SpecTest in November 2020. Previous to the inception of SpecTest, Mr. Ward was responsible for leading the expansion of engineering services as well as overseeing corporate operations into the Oklahoma markets. He has 20 years of experience in the Geotechnical, Materials, and Non-Destructive Testing industries. Along with an education in construction management, Mr. Ward’s credentials include ASNT NDT Level III certifications, CWI (Certified Welding Inspector), and an active member with ASNT and AWS.
Brad Cox
Vice President Financials/Operations
About Brad
Brad Cox co-founded SpecTest in November 2020. Mr. Cox has a BS degree in business from Missouri State University, along with 15+ years experience in the industrial/construction fields.
Stephen Nickerson
Geotechnical Engineering Manager
About Stephen
Stephen Nickerson joined SpecTest in 2023 to lead our geotechnical engineering services. Previously, Mr. Nickerson served in leadership roles in geotechnical engineering, consulting and ground improvement/deep foundation construction. He has 15 years of experience in geotechnical engineering design and management. Along with a BS in Civil Engineering from Clemson University, Mr. Nickerson is a licensed Professional Engineer. He is an active member of ASCE and Urban Land Institute.
